Hexaware Names Aditya Jayaraman as Country Head, India to Lead Enterprise and GCC Growth

Mumbai: Hexaware Technologies has announced the appointment of Aditya Jayaraman as the new Country Head, India.

With this leadership position, Aditya Jayaraman will drive Hexaware’s India growth strategy across enterprises and global capability centers (GCCs) under the company’s GCC 2.0 framework, ensuring deeper collaboration with customers and strategic partners.

In his new role, Aditya Jayaraman will leverage more than 25 years of experience spanning cloud, consulting, IT, data, and AI/ML.

His professional journey includes contributions to Bay Area SaaS startups as well as leading roles at global technology companies. Most recently, he served as the technology leader for AWS’s Hi-Tech vertical in North America.

During his career, he has supported the digital transformation of over 150 Fortune 1000 organizations in North America. He has also co-founded a GenAI startup incubator and continues to mentor emerging ventures on ideation, product-market fit, and go-to-market strategies.

Aditya is widely recognized for his result-oriented approach to shaping problem statements and driving measurable business outcomes. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from NIT Trichy, an MBA from IIM Calcutta, and is a CFA charter holder.
